REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

The following policy applies only to products purchased from Platinum’s directly operated stores and purchases made on this online shop.

WARRANTY
With PLATINUM you are entitled to a lifetime warranty on defective/damaged products.


“We are incredibly proud of our craftsmanship and offer a lifetime warranty on all products. If your Platinum products get damaged, torn or frayed, contact us and we will repair or replace them free of charge.”

RETURN POLICY
You may return any product purchased by the customer or received as a gift within 15 days of delivery. Each item can only be returned once.


How can I make a return?

To start the return process you can contact our customer service department by writing to info@platinumitalianknitwear.com and you will receive instructions on how to complete your return.


You can either make your own shipping arrangements or ask us to arrange it for you. You can ship your return from anywhere, not just the country where you placed your order. If we handle the shipping, it will be done by private courier and insured for the entire freight and the cost will be deducted from the refund that will be issued.
The items will be checked upon receipt and if it has serious defects or damage caused by misuse, the return may be partially or totally denied. If a refund is not issued, you may request a new shipment, at your expense, or arrange it yourself, or you may forfeit the item.


QUALITY COMPLAINT POLICY
The customer has the right to return products in case of quality problems within the limits established by law and these Terms and Conditions upon presentation of the original purchase receipt. This policy applies to both purchased items and items received as gifts.


If Products are returned due to quality problems, we will examine them and provide the customer with the outcome of our evaluation.


In case the Products returned by the customer are not defective/damaged and have no quality problems, or are damaged due to improper use, the customer will not be entitled to return the product.
